Return & Refund Policy 退货和退款须知
Thank you for shopping at iYummy.
We are happy to assist all customers if they are not entirely satisfied with their purchases.
Return
The customer has seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date he/she receives our products.
To be eligible for a return, we require the following:-
The packaging item must be intact ie. in the original condition as when the item was purchased from iYummy.
The item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.
Please keep the returned goods intact and do not stick or write directly on the goods.
If the customer finds that the goods are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. If the order is overdue, the default item is intact.
Refund
When iYummy receives the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer on the status of the refund.
We may, at our sole discretion, accept refunds of the goods in the following events:-
- The items do not match the description by which they were sold.
- Wrong items from the ones ordered.
- Incorrect quantity of items supplied.
- The items are out of stock.
iYummy refunds may take up to 14 to 21 working days. When returning a product for a refund, the customer will be asked for his/her name, address and signature as authorisation for the refund transaction into his/her bank account.
After seven (7) days of purchase, any requests for a refund will not be entertained.
Shipping for Return
If the returned item is due to iYummy mistake, iYummy will be responsible for the shipping cost.
The customer will be responsible for the payment of the shipping cost for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

退货须知
亲爱的客户,当您收到您的包裹时,您可以在七天(7)内,退回您不满意的货品。
我们希望您可以达到以下的要求:-
- 请确保货品的包装完好无损,勿直接在商品上黏贴或书写。
- 请保留货品的收据或购买证明。
- 唯有在iYummy购买的货品,才可以退货。
如果客户发现货品在运送的途中损坏了,请在24小时内和我们的客服联络,并附上商品的照片。逾期则默认货品完好无损。
退款须知
当 iYummy 收到您的退货商品时,我们会检查货品并通知客户您的退款进度 。
当以下的情况发生时,我们会通知客户并进行退款: –
- 当货品与iYummy的描述不符 。
- 当客户收到的货品与订购的时候不符。
- 当客户收到的货品数量不正确 。
- 当货品缺货的时候,客户可以选择等待或是退款 。
iYummy的退款是需要14至21个工作日。 当客户要求退款时,我们需要客户的姓名,地址和签名作为退款到客户的银行帐户。
任何超出七天(7)的退款的请求将不被受理。
退货运输费用须知
如果是iYummy错误而导致退货,iYummy将负责一切退货运费 。
因此客户需承担一切退货运费 。 运费是不可退还。
