Shipping Policy 物流与运费

Once the goods have been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including the tracking number. Any goods are damaged during shipment. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours. If the order is overdue, the default item is intact. Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, excluding National holidays in Malaysia. For in-stock items, the order will be processed and shipped within 3 – 5 working days after order verification. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the amount of the order received as follows:-

订单一旦确认发货，客户将收到发货通知和邮件的包裹号码，以方便客户可以随时查询物流进度。任何货品在运送的途中损坏，请在24小时内和我们的客服联络。逾期则默认货品完好无损。所有的订单，将会在星期一三五发货 （不包括马来西亚的公共假期 ）。有库存商品，订单将在验证和付款审批后的 3-5个工作日内处理并发货 。运费将根据订单的总数计算如下： –

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
我们不接受任何P. O.Box 的收货地址。

Orders will be processed and shipped once the payment is received. We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destinations outside of Malaysia.
我们会在确认收到汇款后发货。我们不接受任何国外地址的订单。

During festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
在马来西亚的公共假日，请宽容更多的时间给予我们发货。 对此造成的不便，我们深表歉意。

If delivery is delayed due to the Customer’s undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if the Customer fails or refuses to collect the Products within seven (7) days from the date of the second notification from the courier service company, the Order will be deemed null and void and the Customer shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by iYummy (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges).
若由于客户的个人原因或无理拒绝签收，或者如果在快递服务公司第二次通知之七（7）天内未能联络上客户或拒绝收货，此订单将会被视为无效且客户应承担iYummy产生的所有相关费用（包括邮费和行政费用）。

iYummy shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified by the Customer but iYummy cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and iYummy shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of iYummy.
iYummy会尽力配合与确保货品会在指定的时间内送达客户的填写地址，但仍需取决于快递公司的送货时间和速度。
